Working at a desk in front of the computer led me to try yoga to improve my posture, but what I discovered was so much more. I've been practicing yoga consistently since 2010 and in 2017 I completed the Triyoga Teacher Training programme with Anna Ashby and Joey Miles as senior teachers.
I still work at a desk (sit-stand) in front of a computer, but now I am much more aware of what my body needs physically, how I am breathing and how to manage my stress levels.
I also teach corporate yoga and private classes in central London. My own practice consists of Ashtanga Mysore and gentle alignment based yoga. I am interested in creating accessible classes with a focus on the breath and alignment, helping my students cultivate a sense of mindfulness that they can draw on when they are off the mat.
